About Us

We are Jeff and Tracy …”Full-time RVers/Workampers”. We dumped the traditional way of living to move into an RV and “Workamp” wherever life takes us. Some may view this as foolish, but we’ve been planning for this since 2005. We owned a wonderful piece of land and hoped to build on it until the whole housing market went to pieces …we would be working to pay for the house with absolutely nothing left! We feel there is much more to life than working full-time until you are 75 just to finish paying the mortgage. See our point? It would be different if we were in our twenties or thirties.

We are absolutely 100% “full-time” …there are other RVers who consider themselves full-time but do actually have a conventional home to return to from time to time …we don’t! Our RV IS our home, and we absolutely love it!

Yes, we miss the kids and other family members, and our friends, but we can’t live in our RV in the Winter up North, and we couldn’t afford an apartment “and” make the RV payments. Life threw us a curve-ball, but at least we’re still in the game!

We plan to keep this blog as current as possible so you can follow us on our journey. The plan will have us staying in each location for approximately six months at a time, so there may be some time that passes between updates depending on what we are doing.
